Arrival, Belief and Confidence are the first three chapters of Love & Light, representing a piece of me. A window with a view. Decay and renewal to lost and found is a continually theme as I keep my focus, function and fitness oscillating. To keep the momentum going I must remember I arrived with thought to ebb and flow throughout belief systems to regaining confidence to being my Authentic Create Self.
